Job Responsibilities Consults with supervisor, customer service representatives, and team member, and end users to gather information about program intent, functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, output requirements, internal checks and controls, hardware and operating system environment, and interfaces with other systems such as Igen 3, Xeikon 5000 speed master and Kodak black and white lasers.  Manipulates and/or converts data in a variety of formats including SQL data, delimited files, excel, and access databases.  Converts designs and specifications into scripts.  Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revises programs.  Designs and codes layouts for printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems.  Reviews user and technical documentation written by others to confirm consistency with program operations.

Qualifications

  • Two year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

General Purpose/Scope

Under general supervision, assists in the administration of PC’s, servers, and network devices.  Evaluates and resolves technical problems for the user community. Supports IT projects as needed.

Essential Job Duties

  • Install, upgrade and repair PC hardware, operating systems and business applications.
  • Respond and resolve end user problems and service requests
  • Assist Network Administrator with daily tasks and projects
  • Administrate network access and security through Active Directory
  • Create system and operational documentation and procedures.
  • Educate the end user on the use of desktop and software applications.

Job Qualifications

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Data Processor to work out of our state of the art Daytona Beach facility.  The qualified candidate will be responsible for creating highly targeted marketing lists for our clients’ ongoing customer acquisition and retention programs.  Successful candidates should be experienced in data manipulation and processing using tools such as Access, Excel, FoxPro, or SQL.  Knowledge of US Postal Service requirements and experience working with e-marketing production departments are a plus.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

Job Summary

Responsible for daily performance of Level 1 support activities from various forms of communication tools. 

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Provide level 1 support for ISC’s technology users.
  2. Respond to incoming calls and e-mail requests, create helpdesk tickets, properly assign and follow up as appropriate.
  3. Document all actions and communications in the HEAT Call Logging program accurately and promptly.
  4. Escalate items as needed and bring to managers attention.
  5. Light office work including telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
  6. Assist and maintain additional projects or responsibilities as required. 
  7. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
