General Purpose/Scope
Under general supervision, assists in the administration of PC’s, servers, and network devices. Evaluates and resolves technical problems for the user community. Supports IT projects as needed.
Essential Job Duties

Job Summary
Responsible for daily performance of Level 1 support activities from various forms of communication tools.
Principal Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 support for ISC’s technology users.
- Respond to incoming calls and e-mail requests, create helpdesk tickets, properly assign and follow up as appropriate.
- Document all actions and communications in the HEAT Call Logging program accurately and promptly.
- Escalate items as needed and bring to managers attention.
- Light office work including telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
