In anticipation of our procedure for prequalification being modified, we are not currently processing Prequalification Applications for single discipline contractors. We currently have no projects in the planning stages that would require roofing contractors to bid as the prime bidder.

Construction Management firms or General Contracting firms who wish to submit proposals or bids for Daytona State College projects must hold a current “Certificate of Pre-Qualification”.
The “Application for Certification as Pre-Qualified Construction Contractor” can be obtained by calling 386.506.3139 or via email to Stephanie English at engliss@DaytonaState.edu.
The Certificate of Pre-Qualification is renewable annually by submitting a new financial statement, a copy of the current State license, and executed application packets.
The submission of application must consist of:
Five (5) executed packets, ALL with ORIGINAL Signatures, ORIGINAL Corporate Seals and OriginalNotary Public Signature/Seal where indicated.
When received the Contractor Pre-Qualification Committee reviews the application and makes its recommendation to the District Board of Trustees. After the Board approves the recommendation the signed Certificate is issued.
